Who is responsible for our content

Every guide and page is reviewed and approved by Mathew St Guillaume, Director of Boutique Realty Perth, before it is published. He is named as the author of our property guides and is accountable for what they say.

How we use AI

We use AI writing tools to help draft our guides and pages. A draft is not published until Mathew has reviewed it, checked it against our own experience and the sources it relies on, and approved it. Responsibility for the published content rests with Boutique Realty Perth, not with the tools used to draft it.

Sources and accuracy

Our guides link to the sources behind the figures, fees and rules they describe, such as REIWA, Consumer Protection WA and other government bodies. Each guide shows the date it was last updated. Our content is general information about property in Western Australia. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and you should get advice for your own circumstances before making a decision.

Corrections

If you think something on this website is wrong or out of date, tell us at info@boutiquerealtyperth.com.au or on 0414 824 877, with the page address and what needs fixing. Our owner handles corrections personally. When we correct a factual error in a guide, we update the page and its updated date.

Records of our content
